The easiest way to pay is to start a monthly PayPal subscription right now:

Or, if you prefer bank agreements:
Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) payments can start in one week, are constrained to weekly / biweekly / monthly timeframes, and may continue only until the refund window closes after August 14th.
Please note that the first payment, up to $20, is a non-refundable deposit. Incomplete payment plans will be refunded (less the deposit) after August 14th.
This is a standard PAD agreement as set out by the CPA. You should attach an image of a voided cheque, if you have cheques through your account. Some banks issue a permission slip with your account details.
